DSTV on demand - no sound

Hi

I have an SD-PVR, and a couple times there have been shows with no sound. This week it's carte blanche from sunday, and carte blanche medical.

Does anybody else have sound/no sound?

Hi There Mister - When I had my SD-PVR - I encountered this problem once or twice as well! The solution is to unplug your SD-PVR from the Mains - and let it do a full reboot - this will usually solve the issue - if not - select the required programme in the VOD menu - and press the RED button on your remote to delete the episode - and it will request a NEW copy to be downloaded!

I've tried requesting new copies but they also come back with no sound. I'll try rebooting.

Nope... rebooting didn't help either.

Press the LANGUAGE button and select a different sound stream.

Hi Mister - try logging a postng on the DSTV forums - www.dstv.com - you have to register there first before you can make any postings - and see if you have any joy with a response - the fault might even be logged there already - or - as a LAST resort - log a fault with the DSTV call centre (031) 710-2222 - and see if you get any joy there!
