DSTV on Demand not working

I have recently installed a HD PVR for my home. I am a premium subscriber. When I view the dstv on demand screen, the content is there, but when I try to view it, I get a message saying that I need to be a premium subscriber to view it. Please let me know how to fix this, as I am a premium subscriber.
 
You need to log in with your Dstv on demand account,which you register on the website
 
That is not right. Call MC and tell them your account has been mis-configured. Try to get someone who speaks English. If you are not happy with the person who answers the call, ask for a supervisor. If he/she refuses, get their name and complain.

It should work right away, you do not have to register or anything. What about subscribers who do not have computers? There are plenty of them
