Ok so the service is a great step in the right direction and initially I was very happy with it.
Until I logged on this evening.
I realise it is still beta so here is my suggestion:
As the content grows, for example with carte blanche consumer episodes.... everything is just dumped into a categories: Videos(all), Shows, Movies, Sport
It is honestly a PAINFUL experience trying to find what you want because each category is subject to 12 clunky items and I must now scroll through 34 pages to find what i want because the search function is pathetic.
A search for "carte blanche consumer" produces 0 results of at least 10 videos.
A search for "carte blanche" produces 1 absolutely random episode when there are
10+ theoretical vidoes "medical" "consumer" and standard..
A search for "the verge" or "verge" produces 0 of the available The Verge shows.
It pains me to try any more, the search is BROKEN.
Heres hoping my opinion will be heard for a revamp of the browsing function. A list of shows is desperately needed on top of the 'prettified' 12 items if you so choose... more filter options when browsing is essential.
Rest of the service is spot on so far.
