I have my DSTv set up in the "TV Room", where the box in the wall has the SAT1 and SAT2 connections, a TV jack, a R jack (Not sure what this one is for?) and another jack sticking out at the bottom (not sure what this is for as there is no label).

In the bedroom, there is another box in the wall with the following cable outlets (TV and R)

I have attached an image (done to the best of my knowledge)

Is there any way I can connect a TV in the bedroom and have the ability to get DSTv with the cable outlets available in the bedroom?

How about posting a photo of the connections?

The image doesnt really tell me whether we are dealing with RCA or Aerial or what.

My TV in bedroom is connected to my DSTV decoder via an aerial cable.
For remote control I am using an Ellies remote extension which transmits the signal from the bedroom to the lounge.

My guess would be R = radio
And then one of the connections in the lounge will be an RF feed through to the bedroom
So RF out from decoder to whichever plug
Then cable from bedroom wall plug to TVs RF in

Otherwise, it could be the Radio (like Smurf said). This would make the ? the line going to the bedroom...

So do I then plug a cable into RF Out in DSD1130 and into the "?" jack?

Yes try that, then a cable to the bedroom TV
Try tune the channel in

If that doesnt work then try plug it into R & try tune in

btw, with the way your cabling is the bedroom TV will be able to receive picture from both the HDPVR & 1131, just make sure they are set on different frequencies
