Everyone else has had a bash at DSTV, so now my turn.
I want to do a very simple thing - login to DSTV Connect.
It rejects the password, so I click on Forgot your password - and it says a reminder has been sent to the email address listed.
But it never arrives - even after doing it a few times.
So I mail support and get this -
All that when all I want is the password reminder they offer on their site ?
I mail back saying give me a break, just send the password reminder and get another reply -
Firstly, is this bureaucracy gone mad ?
Secondly, I'm the customer, how about you redirect my mail to the correct address in your company, make sure they deal with it and get back to me with confirmation.
