DStv-owner’s plan to stop bleeding subscribers

oh dear, wat delicious Freudian slip do we have here ... you've been bleeding subscribers dry for decades (some might say you do worse things to them, also dry)

only now that they've bled out do you worry about the other kind of bleeding: your own

Increase the price, that works every time!
If that doesn't help change the name !

The group noted that it already has a strong record of capturing African subscribers.
Oh dear, wonder which market those captured subscribers is going to.

Everyone knows a monopoly is good for you, DSTV is your friend

"Strategic Update"

Oh, boy, that word "strategic" goes along with partnerships (which are contractural), unless better deals are negosiated that could reduce pricing I can only assume price increases.

Any incentive will be to onboard and bring back old customers. Existing customers, in particular the Premium subscripers, are lined up with their backs against the wall. Loyalty isn't rewarded anymore.
