Dstv package upgrade on self service

Anyone able to change packages on the self service portal?
I get this message: "no eligible devices were found whose packages can be changed"

Had that error message in December after not having used service for 3 years. After calling and verifying details decoder and drifter showed again and I was able to make changes.

Thanks for the reply By magic my package has been changed, I am confused, maybe they were just waiting for the money to reflect on their side, logging on the portal i see i now have the option to change packages.

If both decoders are on your name you could have have 1 account .
But just do an eft instead of debit order
