Can someone explain the logic for increasing something that was R29/month to R39?
> 30% increase? f.them - i cancelled that too...

Flip.. Monochoice... That is ridiculous! Streaming.. Netflix... Hulu.. Sky Sports Online..

they justify putting the pricing up due to more useless channels being added to the bouquet which are never going to be actually watched.

Bunch of con artists.

Got the same MMS. Will only subscribe as and when I need to watch a particular sporting event, like the ongoing cricket world cup. Otherwise they can f-off. I suspect that once they cross that R700 mark, more people will start asking themselves if spending close to R1,000 pm is really worth it...

****ing madness. So glad I cancelled.

It's definitely time to punch out - the sport isn't worth it any more. My teams are all losing anyway so all I pay for is grief. **** them, I'm cancelling.

Already over the R700 mark for a while now if you include PVR functionality. Current;y paying R763 pm

Rather stream, makes more sense :)

yeah, I cancelled about 3 months ago, got myself uncapped adsl + netflix + streaming sporting events.

Happy as a chappy

Im on full subscription with recording etc.

If I downgrade to lower package do I still get to watch the stuff i recorded or do they deny access?

Getting a bit ridiculous now, agreed.
You have SD or HD sport streaming and where? (Not trying to hijack the thread only also considering that route)

Yes as long as you pay for the PVR functionality. The catch up content will however be restricted
