DSTV Primary and Slave decoder

Hi Guys
I have a Primary and Slave decoders, how can I swop them around from Primary to Slave etc ?
The problem I have is the Primary get switched off sometimes and so the Slave will not work. Thanks

Phone the call center..

Expect to phone them at least 2 times to actually sort the issue and another 2 times to fix whatever problems their system has caused

If you're close to an agency, just take there and have them do it. Beats fighting with the call centre...
