DSTV Public Bouquet with New Decoder

I want to buy the new DSTV decoder UEC DSD 1132, The old decoder 1131 you can get free public channels if you tune it accordingly.

Does anyone know or have a new decoder and still able to use the public bouquet?

I do know that the HD PVR cannot get the public bouquet.
