DSTV remote just stops responding HELP

Any advice
I have xtraview setup and suddenly im battling with the remotes - they just stopped working - I tried batteries but that hasn't helped.

I checked the shift and TV1/TV2 button and that hasn't helped.

I don't think buying a new remote will help - I already have 4 and all 4 just give the same issue - so what could the problem be - it is so frikken annoying when you can't change channels, volume, press the OK button - and then poof the next day it will work fine again and then jam again
any Ideas??

check on the decoders menu
under xtra view / remote controll setup on both decoders
check which ones are set to ignore and whicih ones are set to relay, there may be a mistake in one of the decoders (if not both) settings

I have a similar problem, except that it stopped responding to inputs (from the remote). This started with the bad weather we had in Cape Town a couple of days ago.

My remote only light tv1 and not changing the decoder
