DStv rescan

I got a dual lnb with a old dual decoder.
So lately, 2 to 3 times a day it starts to rescan.
Both tv 1 and 2 signal is 85%
Got a 1 meter dish. {not the normal one}

What needs to be tune/ replace.

I still have an old dual view at my place. Same thing is happening. I know my signal is perfect. I've changed the PSU. No luck... Must be software related. I'll ask some people at MC tomorrow.
