Hi guys.
Woke up this morning with no DSTV signal. Just says scanning and that's it.
Can't even get through on the DSTV contact center, number is busy all the time.
DSTV live streaming is also not working.. WTH is going on?

Anyone else having this problems?

My guess would be blown LNB, or dish moved by heavy wind... Don't call the DStv call centre. Do call a DStv installations company.

Nope I doubt its wind or anything else that caused it. DSTV have been switching DVB standards and its quite likely that your dish isnt 100% aligned.
They started with a few channels on the first but I think they have moved all of them now. Channel 425 was a test channel to see if your dish was aligned properly which was available from a while back.
They did mention that some people would need an installer to come out and sort out the finer alignment if they had problems.

That is not it. Only 4 HD channels moved to new standard.

Wind or busted LNB.

Just got a call from DSTV, they are having major problems.
They will phone back once they have a solution. They reset everything again but still no luck.

No problems here... so, I doubt it. I will stick to my original recommendation.
