DSTV signal not found

I'm suddenly getting this error.

Tried resetting and re-inserting sim but no luck.

Decoder shows "STBY" instead of displaying the time as usual.

Maybe your dish has moved somehow?

Well it has been raining quite a bit.

Recently had the same error and found that one of the leads from the antenna had perished. Replaced lead and all well (Touch wood)

Yep check connections.

Also possible your lnb has given out, been damaged with lightning etc.

Also compare your dish and lnb alignment to your neighbors.

Failing that call an installer.
