DSTV Smart LNB issue

A buddy of mine bought 2 Explora's thus received 2 Smart LNB's, so he gave me one.

I removed my multiswitch, connected the one cable from the dish directly to the decoder and went to connect the Smart LNB

Now CatchUp refuses to work, upon closer inspection I noticed that tuner 2 and 3 has no signal.

Any ideas?

Which decoder are you using? Did you plug it into the Unicable or Universal plugs? Is all your Unicable plugs terminated?
