This problem is caused by the smartcard. Monochoice's new software screws up the smartcard and the only fix is to take the decoder to Monochoice for an exchange decoder

My dad has this issue, new decoder sadly. He has the same issue again just after the warranty. New one again.

Mine does it as well but it only happens sometimes. A complete reboot (disconnecting the power) helps.

New decoder, had the same problem. And by new i mean a swap out at Monochoice
