DSTV Sport at 60fps

Youtube has moved over to offering 60fps video, we all play games at close to or above 60fps, why isnt HD sports broadcast at 60fps? It would make the video so much smoother. Not to mention, the slow mo replys of a wicket would be much smoother.

Most tv's as far as I know support 60fps, or am I wrong? pc monitors I know definitely do.

You think they would spend more for bandwidth without being forced to? What world do you live in?

I haven't seen any cappers doing cricket at 60fps, it would definitely be a first for SS .

cricket is one sport that would benefit, but also soccer, rugby and 'womens volleyball'
