DSTV statement:VAT amount incorrect

So I received my first DSTV statement in the mail. The total amount outstanding is correct (R499), but they show amount excluding VAT as R321.57 and the VAT as R177.43 to get to R499.This is totally wrong! It should be R437.72 excluding VAT and R61.28 VAT to get to R499. I phoned the Jhb help desk on 011 289 2222 to notify them. I was then told to rather phone 011 289 2289, The automated voice system then said I was at the corporate section and if I am a private customer I should push #, after which it seems to put you back to the original call centre on 011 289 2222. Shall I just leave it? :-) I mean as long as the total amount outstanding is correct I don't have any worries.
 
Hehe. I wish I could but I am just a private subscriber and not registered for VAT. What I am thinking is, if the VAT is indeed incorrect, then DSTV is paying over too much VAT to SARS and not getting their full subscription amount as income!

That's a tricky situation, which is the lesser of two evils?

Or is DSTV claiming back more VAT than it should?
