DStv Stream on Linux Mint

So I've been using Linux Mint for almost two years now, however only started with DStv stream since March this year on Linux Mint.....since Thursday I get an error message "Stream Limit reached", now at first I thought it was a problem on DStv's side even had a chat with them but we could not resolve the issue, so I decided to use my Windows 11 hard drive to test and it worked 100%
Never had an issue since March using Linux Mint......
Anyone else with a similar problem?
