DSTV Stream slow to start on Apple TV

Hi everyone

I am experiencing an issue where there is a long delay to "populate" the channels after the app is opened. Once this is done however, streaming is fine. Any ideas please?
The software is to date on the device.

It’s just a piece of **** app.

Not even once has this thing just worked when opening it. It’s always a crash and crash again situation until you strike it lucky.

I have the same problem. I know it isn't my Internet connection as on the website the channels load instantly. I think the app is just terrible.

I have the same issue plus poor streaming quality. When I use the app on the LG TV OS however, the quality is perfect. Not sure what the issue is with ATV.

It’s not a hardware issue. The Apple TV is more than capable.

In this case; the app is just that bad.
