Dstv streaming problems

I bought myself this expensive hisense vidaa smart TV just for streaming live sports but since these dstv changes all I can watch on dstv now is catch up movies and short sport, no live channels.what seem to be the problem,if I try to watch live TV it's just buffering,I cleared the cache,cleared the cookies,reset the TV to store mode,restart,unplug it everything,nothing works,at the beginning everything was working fine but since all this stupid changes I can't watch live sports,I even upgrade my wifi package hut still no live TV.do I have to take the TV back to the store where I bought it or what can I do.please can anybody help,I will attached the model of my TV cause nobody at hisense or dstv respond to my mails.
