DSTV Supersport Channel 215 Audio problem

I'm streaming Ch 215 Formula 1 (Singapore GP) and am receiving commentary in PORTUGUESE instead of the Sky Sports ENGLISH commentary!
Its the same commentary that is on the dedicates Portuguese channel 241 but I'm definitely on Ch 215.
I've tried logging in and out but this doesn't help , other channels are in English.
Nobody in the DSTV call centre can understand my problem?
Does anyone have any ideas??

They couldn't understand you because of all the Portuguese commentators shouting in the background, and the noise of the F1 cars!
