DSTV TV Soundbar connection

My JVC TV not Smart TV is connected to my DSTV Explora and to MiBox to convert TV to smart tv. HDMI on TV already in use. I connected my soundbar with optic cableto my tv because no open HDMI port available on TV. Now there is this humming sound (very annoying). Someone said to get Loop Isolator to get rid of the humming sound. Or should I get an HDMI splitter. Which one will work best. Because now I need to know if I have an HDMI with ARC. I dont know what it all mean? Will the loop isolator work????

Can you post pictures of the various input / outputs of both your JVC TV and your soundbar, so we can work out what connectivity options are available & which possible option will give you the best audio quality.

Looks like a 1 hit wonder. No mention of the make of soundbar as well. Cause optical shouldn't make a hum, it's a light signal.
