I have a twin lnb that supplies signal to a 4 tuner and 2 tuner decoder via splitters and xtraview. What I do t understand is that every once in a while when I switch either of the decoders out of standby, there is no image or sound. Restarting the decoder causes it to say that it is looking for its footprint and that message will stay until it times out or I change the lnb cables around. Is this normal? It does not make sense to me.
