DSTV upgrade question

Hi all.

I have the Extra bundle, but would like to upgrade to watch the Tour de France.

As far as i understand things, i can upgrade any time but only downgrade once per billing cycle.

Now herewith my question - my cycle runs from the 13th of each month. If i upgrade on the 12th, do i have a new billing cycle from the 12th? Or do i pay the pro rata amount from date until 13th?

Any input is much appreciated!

No, your billing cycle remains the same. it is only changed when you request a billing cycle change.
if you upgrade on the 12th and your billing cycle is on the 13th, you will pay for one day only if you downgrade the very next day.
So you will pay pro-rata about R26 for the one day. (R789/30 days = R26).

i usually upgrade to premium if my billing cycle day is on a monday and i feel like binge watching the whole weekend :crylaugh:
