Not sure if this has been covered but I think multichoice is keeping it very quiet. As of today you can now only upgrade your package anytime and only downgrade it at the end of the month. Before you could upgrade as many times as you wanted to and downgrade once a month at any point.
So I cancelled my account with immediate effect I was not given any notice of the change of policy. The only reason I kept my decoder was so once in a while I could watch the rugby.
Sad a monopoly likes to bully there clients but on the Brightside the internet is getting better and better so multichoices days are numbered
