Hi guys, got the Explora installed today and want to view showmax on it.

We are only able to get the wifi connector month end, so want to make a work around to get an internet connection to the explora temporarily.

So I was thinking.

Connecting the laptop to the wifi, and then connecting the lan cable from the laptop to the Explora.

I should just be able to bridge the connections and it would work?

Now im wondering if I cant just do this through my ps3 rather

Do yourself a favor, install Kodi onto your laptop and install the Exodus repo. You will then be sorted.

My work colleague just got this DSTV story, SH*T himself when he found out all he needed was a raspberry pi 3, sd card, kodi, psu....internet and some repositories. Im saving R890 a month just by ditching DSTV, and yes i hate adverts that much. Got this and i will never turn back. Why pay for Netflix or showmax when it is free out there.

The DSTV isnt for us so we dont worry about that cost. I managed to source a free router to link to the decoder so came right in the end. The PS3 thing didnt work, in case anyone is wondering
