DSTV you are giving the lower packages an up grade for the COVID 19 period.
But I as a premium subscriber is left in the dark.
There is no live sport and you are thriving on repeats during COVID 19 so that means you can give me a reduction in my premium during this time and constantly watching repeats already paid for.
How does that sound to you

Unfortunately no new content is being made so repeats is all we got.

Atleast John Oliver gives us new content every Sunday

The repeats I can understand due to the circumstances we find our selves in but I still want a reduced premium for the covid 19 term...

We have had repeats for the last 20 years, nothing is going to change & MonoChoice will only continue to increase prices

DSTV has given massive discounts (up to almost 50%) in other African countries and/or temporarily upgraded people to higher packages at no extra charge. And most international broadcasters are giving subscription discounts on their premium sport packages. There is currently a petition going for SA to get the same treatments. Last time I checked it had about 90,000 signatories.

DSTV suspended subs for a business subscriber I know. They didn't ask, they just got an email. "Until the lockdown is over" it said. No bill for May. They normally pay about R1400 pm.

I see they also now upgrade Compact subscribers to Compact+ locally for the month of May.
