Well then maybe you should go into acting?

I would suggest he tries his luck at the local casino. He's got some sort of lucky streak. Whenever he feels like watching dstv best run out and wrestle with the one arm bandit or something.

If I watch tv for 30 minutes a day I can watch a movie over the week, it repeats everyday almost the same time :)

I suppose repeats are there for a reason...

You are complaining about repeats? Try Sky. The repeats are just the same as DSTV, if not worse.

Don't pay for something that annoys you.

Give it all up for a few years and find your spiritual self. I suggest going to Tibet.

You'll thank me.

Ever heard of Netflix?

There's this button on your remote called p+ (also another one called p-) with this you can change the channel. I suggest learning how to use it. There are at least 11 dedicated movie channels now, I've never seen them all air the same thing at the same time.

I've only had my PVR for about a month and it's already got 8 pages of recordings that I need to catch up on, and I watch a lot of TV already as it is.

You guys really need to expand your viewing palate if you can't find stuff to watch. Maybe you'll learn something new.

Remember that Jersey Shore I told you guys about? I think the fact that I tried to remove that schit is what bricked my decoder. I've got it here with me and taking it to Multichoice later

Absolutely agree, I've been a subscriber for about a year (I had Top TV before) after 3 months with Top TV I really had seen everything there was to see. On DStv my PVR still fills up with stuff long before I can watch most of it (and I watch at least 3 hours of TV a day on weekdays and more on weekends). I'm becoming afraid that my PVR is ruling my life, I'm now on a mission to reduce the number of shows I watch (not because any of them are bad, but I just don't have the time to watch them). The hundreds of posts about DStv not having enough content make no sense to me (unless you don't have a PVR or you're on a low end package).
