My decoder shows flashing lights and no signal..how can I fix it

Turn it off, flashing will stop.

Try a different PSU, I had the same problem recently with a friend's little silver decoder. After much troubleshooting, we found the PSU to be at fault....

was it working before. Can you go to the menu and see what the signal level is.
