DSTVbroadband movie playback problems - Play button greyed

Is anyone else having a problem playing back a movie downloaded from dstvbroadband?

Having downloaded the movie, I go through the drm login process and finally get to a screen which says I should hit the play button to watch the movie, only the play button is greyed.

Ok...Im not familiar with DSTVbroadband, but what you CAN try is ---->

1) Make sure you have the latest JAVA installed ( javascript )
2) In you IExplorer, under SECURITY--INTERNET ( icon ) the slider must NOT be right up top and last but not least;
3) Your "PRIVACY" slider must be way down...

what media player are u using i had this problem with wmp9 changed to wmp10 and it solved the problem
