DStv Internet a winner

DStv's Internet packages have proven to be a winning recipe for the broadcaster, with substantial growth in customers and revenue three years after launching.

DStv Internet first rolled out in September 2021, offering several fixed-LTE plans with large amounts of data that could be bundled with streaming-only DStv bouquets.

Here's their link: https://getdstv.dstv.co.za/internet

Strangely no mention of speeds seen there except what the routers are capable of. No mention of it in Hanno's article either..
(All LTE based.)

And in most cases, half the data is day time only and the other half night time only.

In most other countries this would be bundled with the satellite TV for free....

Where's the attraction? Why would I stream DSTV when you can get a dish for less?

Wait.
An article about how well MultiChoice is doing instead of them bitching about something?
Very confused.

Very true. Some offer even 1-3 mobile devices as well. I don't know how much coverage of 4G or 5G is in SA. Some European countries either have 99.9% 4G coverage or 80% 5G coverage.

I anticipate an article about the quiet shutdown of DSTV Internet soon.
You didn't see last week's article on the disappearance of anything to do with internet on the DSTV website 🤔
