DTT boxes

We installed DTT boxes in part of Northern Cape, Western Cape and North West since April - August September and we haven't been paid. We owe installers desperate for their money due to unemployment. Whereas we used our own funds for transport, and all thats required like poles screws, drills and drill beats. Todate we are not paid. Its a real frustration for people to wait for 5 months for payment. Minister assist in that regard.
