let me be the first to congratulate doc for allowing dstv to gain more market as they have delayed dtt launch.

dtt is gona be for poor folks.
 
Not for poor folks... just for people smart enough to not be duped by Multichoice. We've been watching DTT television for a few months now. Occasional hiccups, but other than that I can't imagine ever going back to analogue.

... and is going to cost the poor some bucks and possibly mandatory licence payments otherwise they'll turn the STBs off - this will p*** off the poor more than e-tolling and look at the backlash that has created.

Doubt you'll see DTT until after the next elections :whistle:

Wouldn't this be 'delayed again'? Have looked about for a recent announcement that DTT has been further delayed but couldn't find anything. Could you post a link?
