Dual Call 2 vs Afrihost/Axxess [data]

Will this work? I was reading that dual call 2 works with voice, sms & data for contract holders but will it for APN's other than MTN internet?

Dual Call 2.. It's basically a 2nd SIM liked to the primary. It's been offered (with data & sms) since 2010/11.
