Dual monitors help

Hey all, sorry if this is wrong, don't do much of forums. I've got two monitors, lcd and a crt, i use my lcd as my primary display and crt as secondary. Just wondering if it is possible, for example, if i'm playing fallout 3 on lcd and have fallout wiki open on the crt, if its possible that i could scroll down on the website without having to minimise the primary display. Cause it seems like the point in two monitors i was aiming at is killed if i can't interact with the secondary monitor while the primary one is in a game. Thanks in advance for any suggestions

I haven't been able to manage this either, as soon as the windows focus changes the other app minimizes...

i dont have fallout 3 but did you try running it in windowed mode?

Yea seems to work in windowed mode. I guess i'm just wishing for a taskbar that covers both monitors.
