Dual sim phone set up

I currently use a prepaid MTN sim for telephony and an Afrihost sim for data.

Is it possible to use / setup a dual sim phone so that all telephony is automatically routed through the MTN sim and all data (web browsing, email, skype) is automatically routed through the Afrihost sim?

yes in some dual sim smartphones you get a sim manager that does this

Even the most basic ones can do this.

I have an ancient Samsung Galaxy Y Duos, and it can be set up like this.

The newer ones (Samsung S4 Mini Dual) can do much more.
