Dual sim phones on vodacom

Hi

Which phones on vodacom offer dual sim where you can use your vodacom phone and another networks sim?

I remember there was some legislation around networks not being allowed to network block devices anymore. Is this true?

I also remember the iPhone 11 being dual sim. Is this active and working in SA and on vodacom.

Also does Samsung also offer dual sim?

But I wasn't sure what the practical implications are
