Dual View decoder - One channel not workin

I have a DSTV Dual View decoder and the sound on only MM1 is not working. This is only on TV one, but on TV2 everything is working fine.

Any ideas?

iirc MM1 is one of the channels that broadcasts in surround - have you tried changing that option? It's located under the Languages menu (again iirc).

Change the surround sound to manual worked.
