Hi

I have question my parents currently have a dualview decoder. I would like to get them an HD Decoder to go with their fancy HDTV but I don't want to loose the dualview option. Is it possible to connect HD decoder to Dualview or Dualview to the HD Decoder and maintain two viewing enviroments.

Thanks

Do they have the old Dual view no PVR or the SD PVR.
If the Dual view only, then you going to have to buy 2 decoders. I don't think they sell the Non HD decoders anymore so you might have to get 2 of those. - if you want to save a bit of cash set up 2 Kalahari.com acounts (say one in yours and one in your dads) and head over to the kalahrie vouchers thread then you can save 75 or 100 bucks or so of each decoder (not sure whcih vouchers are vali now)

If you have the SD PVR you will need to get at least a 2x4 multi switch for the LNB

P.s All above assumes they already have a twin LNB.

Set up on all of this is very easy.
