I've got two pork fillets cut in half … so four pieces.

My local PnP get it very seldom so when I see it I grab everything available. I usually do it like I do Beef fillet … old man's sauce (brandy, English mustard and cream)

But I fancy something different.

I still have time to pop down to PnP before 20:00 to get what I need … if you can suggest something.

how do you afford TWO fillets?

Pork fillet is cheaper than mutton and beef.
I paid R109/kg for mine and each piece was about 250g. … =1kg

That said … I fell asleep earlier last night and just woke (01:30). I'm going to cook supper now so that I have some breakfast to eat.
