Hard to follow your post due to the lack of punctuation but you will likely need an RF modulator.

Some of the DSTV decoders can actually be used as an RF modulator. To achieve this you connect a secondary source into the DSTV decoder via the SCART input (labelled VCR) and press the top green button on the old remotes or Shift+Exit on the PVR remote. Press the remote button till you see "Vcr" displayed on the decoder window. The decoder will now pass through the DVD input via the decoders TV1 feed, on the 720 and PVR decoders the primary input is modulated to an RF feed which would allow you to view the DVD output on your remote TV via the RF coaxial cable. On the DSTV dual view decoders, only the TV2 viewing environment is modulated to an RF feed so you'll need to check if changing the input source as explained above has any effect on the outputted RF feed.

In order to connect your DVD players output to the DSTV decoders scart input, you'll most likely need to get a composite to scart connectors. They cost around R20 - R50 and you can get them from Zakspeed, Makro and most AV shops. Just make sure to get a scart input connector or a switchable (input/output) connector.

If the DSTV dual view decoder doesn't modulate the SCART input then you'll either need to purchase an RF modulator or use a VCR as the RF modulator as suggested above.
