Has anyone used this guide before? I see it's got a daily/event guide in there as well?

mmm i used some leveling guide for a few days a while back.
i started it at like lvl 30 and everything was very confusing.
became a pain to follow because id missed quest steps like 5 levels below etc..
its just a pain.
you are better off getting carbonite and using ur own common sense i say.
quests change and some become obsolete and the guides sometimes dont reflect this..

Naw, I usually use Zygor Guides, they're pretty damn spot on and not confusing. Dugi brought out a daily quest guide (with cooking/fishing dailies) as well but his guide has some silly mistakes in there and isn't as nice as Zygor with regards to switching waypoints when something has been achieved etc (especially if 1 quest has several places you have to visit etc)

Fun nonetheless. Gives me a reason to do dailies now because I know what I should do and in which order :p

Made around 1200 gold in a day or so just doing storm peak to get ready for dailies and dailies yesterday... :)

I personally use Tourguide. Its fast, easy and optimised. As far as I can figure out Tourguide is based on Joana's guide, obviously not authorised though.

I havent played wow in a year. So the other day I needed gold. Did a quick tour over wowwiki and found some nice non-bugged dailies in Icecrown. Can easy make 240g in less than or 45minutes, and then I can still do another 11 dailies after that which I usually skip.

I have used both.

Of the 2, Zygor and Dugi, i prefer Dugi's guide as it is more fulfilling. Dugi tends to utilize the quest zone's way better than Zygor. I found Zygor was not as "optimized".

Dugi's guide is based on Tourguide (same addon author Tekkub) What dugi has done is payed Tekkub for a customization. (basically allowed Dugi (real name Dave) to insert his name) D
If you really want to you can install Tourguide and place Dugi's guide's inside this addon and edit the Tourguide.toc for the location of the guides...
(Just remember to delete the already supplied leveling guides that come installed with Tourguide - they really suck in comparison)

I swear by Dugi's Daily Guide (allows me to do all 25 dailies in 1 hour 30 mins and makes me 400gold)

Zygor's guide is probably a little faster, but it's not as "fun" if I can put it like that. I found that with Zygor's guide I was always 3-4 levels higher than the guide (Both guides do not compensate for rested XP)

Dugi's guide even with my Heirloom shoulders (+10% to xp) only lags at most by half a level. I also found that Dugi's guide makes you engage mobs 2 levels higher than you.... keeps it really exciting...

Let me know if you want more details on either...

(I used Zygor's to level a Paladin and a Priest, and Dugi's to level a Rogue)

The Official "legal" location for Dugi's Guide is found here:

http://www.ultimatewowguide.com/

Do not go for the Big Ultimate package... the profession leveling and gold guide are a waist of time nowadays with WoTLK.
Use http://www.wow-professions.com/ if you want a professions guide, it's free.

ps: Send me a private PM and I will let you know of "other" locations to get this guide :-)

Dugi's Guide is a bit mediocare. I'm not saying the guide itself, I'm saying that it lacks the functionality of Zygor.

For example, the waypoints don't switch automatically to the next quest Item (assuming there is 2 or more items you need to gather/bosses you need to slay)

It also doesn't compensate for when you complete a quest in a zone where the hand-in is in another, so it uses the current zone it's in instead of saying "Fly to xyz" etc

The Daily guide is fun but with the above is a bit painful. There's also several mistakes I picked up.

Which specific guides do you do with Dugi's? I started from top down (another thing, it claims to load the next guide in sequence but never does) and found daily 25 quests easy to do and accomplish without going through everything there.

Which ones do you do for the most gold?

Admittingly Dugi's guide does have the occasional "issue" where it does not auto move on to the next waypoint... but that's not a train smash...

I guess the best thing you can do is try out both... If I recall both guides offered a free 1-20 version...

By the way... Dugi does live up to the claim of if you do not like the guide you can get a full refund .... I did that for his Proffesion's guide... got a full refund...
(i thought it was ingame like the leveling guide... turns out it was a .pdf and even worse it was a 1:1 copy of http://www.wow-professions.com/)

For maximum gold, I do:
- Sons of Hodir (6)
- Argent Tournament (Champions and Valiant) including "Jack me some
lumbar and the Stones one (10)
- Icecrown dailies from the flying horde base (excluding the pvp ones and
the group ones) (5)
- The 3 dailies located at Ebon Knights stronghold in Icecrown (3)
- The 2 Ebon Knights quests on that overhang above that harbour (1)

In total that is 280gold... BUT... i keep my grey items and I always get around 10 Greens .... in total, once I sold them all, 400gold for the day. The least I have made is 350 gold on a bad day.

Yea, I did the Storm Peaks one which Zygor didn't have completed which Dugi had and got almost 750 gold for everything, and now I'm open for Dailies there. Next is Icecrown which I haven't set foot in except to explore.

The Midsummer Fire Festival was kind of fun, did all the achievements and walked out with 820 gold.

Wish there was a guide out for those though (except on Wow.com)
