Sheesh, these guys have the organisational skills of a bunch of monkeys!

I cancelled Sentech over a month ago, to get iBurst.

Yesterday morning I get a call from Schalk, wanting to know if the Sentech modem had been picked up, I informed him that it hadn't and organised the pickup with him. I left the modem with our maid, in the WBS bag that we got with our new modem *snicker* I am so evil! :p

Aaaanyhoo. I got back home, glad that the instrument of Satan's evil was out of our home, when my phone rings...

"Hi, this is Max. I'm calling with regards to your speed ticket, number xxxx. I would just like to follow up and find out what your speed is like now"

"Um... Max. Maxie boy. Max-a-rooney.... WAKE THE FCK UP!!! I CANCELLED THE PIECE OF CR@P OVER A MONTH AGO! You guys should REALLY invest in some organisation mate, 'cos you are HOPELESS!"

Needless to say he wasn't happy, but eloquently said his goodbyes and put the phone down.

*slaps forehead*

DUH!!! WAKE UP!! :confused:

come to think of it, best I go and check my bank statements to see if they billed me, because THEN the hair is going to fly!
 
You know, bad as Sentech is, you'd think the need to inform us forumers of every single incident that happens with Sentech or it's Modems would subside.

Although, sending it back in a WBS back was a nice touch!
 
I wonder what bag he is going to use when he sends back the iburst modem:) Hope it's not his mother in law
 
hehe. Robone, I won't send my iBurst modem back, 'cos I bought it...

I just hope it stays good!
