DUNE - Data Usage Notificaction Emails

Of course people complain,

This is NOT a solution worthy of a company like Neotel... Where is the website that can tell a person how much they've used at any given point in time. Daily emails? that also can't be sent out during the billing cycle? We left the 90's quite a long time ago...

Yep, I know telkom have a website where you can see how much you've used.This is what the clients/customers expect.
Is it me or is sending out automated emails a week's worth of a programming task.:wtf:
 
You Know i remember a article about Neotel being in financial trouble... I am starting to thing this is the case? I recived my usage reports! ... Well not actualy ... It was sent via Email..

1) Only had the last 2 days of "MARCH" on it!
2) Was in a Excle format which showed time datausage and more .. But also showed i used 533mb ... My March bill said 2550 mb ..by the way!
3) I dont think it was my own as it may be some elses ... i think .. "Hence the two upper pionts are moot!" If i am correct.

I would post the Excel report but i dont know who's identity it would compromise!

But ..Hold your anger as Hugo.. he is trying .. If i were him i would have moved on!

If i left, who'd try help you on here the same way? lol

We are just beyond disappointed with the rubbish products that are offered by Neotel, and the BS that spews forth from the company to try and justify why its at LEAST 6 years behind the competition.

Ok, signed up 5 days ago to the opt-in DUNE. Still no mail received... Well, definitely not unexpected. Apparently now it's only going live today? Hmmm... let's see...
 
I've opted some guys in that sent me a mail, so surely you should be seeing them mails form today/tomorrow?

what address did you use to sign up?
note it should be [email protected] and NOT [email protected].

I actually called and spoke to a consultant who confirmed my details (and e-mail address). I do receive my statement via e-mail so the e-mail address they have on file is definitely spelt right. Basically, they definitely not sending me my DUNE mails...

Give me your a different mail address for you, and lets see if this changes delivery of them.

Send my details to Hugo and to the consumers email. Hugo confirmed yesterday that I was added and that I would see mails by today. Nothing yet still waiting.
