I could but it's large parts of Roodepoort that her affected and I happen to like it most of the time.
Parts of Randburg aren't any better for power or water issues, and I would like to be close to work so can't really go passed those places really.
Just saying putting up a topic for a power failure in South Africa is a bit silly.

To be fair I have never experienced a power failure where everywhere I looked it was out and the only 2 reports I picked up placing it a minimum of 15km north, 8km east, 15km south, and a fair bit inland reported. That is a fairly vast area especially with eThekwini being very contiguously populated, and an unusual event, I wanted to gauge the extent.

Yeah ethekwini is much much larger than your section of Randburg. The extent of the blackout surprised a lot of people.

I would hardly call it unsettling... it was a surprise yes, but the city actually communicated pretty effectively about the issue...

What fscked me off was the asshats who can't seem to understand the 4 way stop rule at robots that are out... took me nearly 30minutes to get across Pinetown due to people being retards.
