Irritating the k@k out of me. Our ADSL has a new game it likes to play. It looses sync every time the lightning strikes!!! WTF!

Ok i need help aswell.....

i done a fresh install of win xp yestday.When i opened Outlook i put the following details in.

for pop : pop3.telkomsa.net
for smtp : smtp.telkomsa.net

now everytime i try to send and receive a pop up asking for password and username. i put them in fine but it still wont authorize it.i remember having this problem long ago.... is it just telkoms problem?
