Is it not possible to take one of the Elephants, that Mchunu,Sutcliffe and the Cronies in The Durban Palace, felt threatened by,and before it is destroyed ,they could paint it white and put it at the Entrance to Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Seriously how sad that between The Sharks and The Political Parasites ,they could not have got together and Refurbished Kings Park or built a Stadium that could have become a home for the Sharks post World Cup.
Probably some Large egos on both sides I would guess.

Firstly it is a white Elephant-Get It?
Do you know about the Elephant Sculpture scandal in Durban?
I think its fairly easy to work out that Durban can't sustain 2 Monster Stadiums, right next door to one another.

Need any more Help?

Maybe this will help Lancelot.

Amid concerns of Cape Town Stadium's financial viability a local demolition company has suggested it would be cheaper to tear it down.

The City of Cape Town announced this week that it would be taking over the reins after management company SAIL/Stade de France pulled out.

The 55 000 seater venue was built for the 2010 FIFA World Cup at a cost of R4.4-billion.

Ross Demolition CEO Robb Ross said bringing in the bulldozers would be the best option.

"The cost to demolish Newlands or the new stadium is probably between R10-million and R15-million. It also represents probably one-tenth of one year's cost to keep the new stadium."
