Honestly, if my taxes are being used to pay a private entity that is actually going to make those funds work to improve the country I'm fine with it. It's when I pay taxes and see not only nothing in return, but active neglect, I stop wanting to pay.

Shrink this government to something miniscule and impotent. Get the cadres out of the day-to-day running of things.

While they're at it hand over the public health services too.

I don't even mind paying more for public services than I currently do. Provided they work.

Funding for these things has never been the problem. It's that the people running it are too inept to effectively run these institutions.

Imagine not having to pay medical aid because the public system was taken away from the ANC and now works so well you're happy to use it? Wow.
