i am now tired of sentech. had it for as long as durb coverage existed and there has been no improvement. does any1 know when they are going to roll out in durbs.

p.s i was in kenilwrth in cpt and it hooked up to a tower to far away tower 90, couldnt connect. in jhb i was in north riding and couldnt get signal. the damn thing is useless to me, where ever i went.

what abt durbs coverage? no new poles in the last year!!!
 
The only new tower that I am aware of is Inverness, located at the top of South Ridge Road.
All the other towers (8 of them) have been in place for almost a year already.

exactly my point, so basically i am paying for sweet nothing. the roll out is poor there are no answers as to when the roll ot will be, whats new. NEVER will i go for or tell anyone to get sentech. it is the worst product on any market that i have ever seen. at more than R650 MIN it is crazy. I dont even use 1 gig, so when my contract is out, i am bound to change. ANY ONE WANT MY CONTRACT?
 
We are currently installing Isipingo / Durban Int.
Where are you located ?
 
when u say we, that mean that your compnay installs the poles?

i am near springfield park on the westville side. btw, westville has NO coverage, can you believe it?

when are the next poles going up?

give us a breakdown
 
Springfield park currently has good coverage by the Sea Cow Lake Tower and several good reports have been received off this tower as far as Jan Hofmeyer road in Westville.
The Westvile to Winston park section has always been part of Phase 2 which will start in April hopefully. We are currently looking at locations such a Paradise Valley and Westville University but enviromental issues as well as security is becoming a problem.
By the way these 'poles' cost in the region of 2 million bucks each :)
 
i live on the edge of westville and springfield and i assure you that jan hofmeyer cannot possibly get coverage, unless its some miracle. i dont get coverage up my road leave alone jan hofmeyer. the sea cow lake tower is my tower too. but i connect better with tower 60 yet i can never get connected with that tower, too far. when u say April, u mean complete by april?
